During these 6 days participants focused on discussing about ways to create and implement successful and high-quality mobility projects for young people. Ιt was a common assumption that projects based on non-formal learning methodology supply the participants with valuable ‘equipment’ in both personal and professional level. Skills like self-development, team spirit, co-operation, critical thinking, initiatives taking, leadership, tolerance for diversity are just some of them.
