The Erasmus+ Contact Making Event «From NFE to Work – Networking for Youth Employability” brought together 24 participants from 12 different programme countries (Hungary, Italy, Spain, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Poland, Norway, Croatia, Greece) in Budapest of Hungary between 24-31 May 2017.
MAIN AIM: Development of networks and creation of joint future projects about the subject of employability, entrepreneurship, youth unemployment, youth with fewer opportunities and other topics of common interest.
During these 6 days participants focused on discussing about ways to create and implement successful and high-quality mobility projects for young people. Ιt was a common assumption that projects based on non-formal learning methodology supply the participants with valuable ‘equipment’ in both personal and professional level. Skills like self-development, team spirit, co-operation, critical thinking, initiatives taking, leadership, tolerance for diversity are just some of them.
* Participants shared ideas, techniques and good practices from their experience on Non Formal Education projects.
- Informed the rest of participants about the situation of youth unemployment and its effects in their countries.

Worked on conceiving and designing jointly youth mobility projects, able to notice a crucial impact.

Learned the use of different funds and specifically Erasmus+ as tools to support the employability, the personal development and the active action of youth.
All the activities carried out through a diverse use of Non Formal Education methods such as: discussions, working groups, round tables discussion, brainstorming, simulation exercises, presentations, peers learning, outdoor education etc.
At the end of the activities all the participants received the certification of attendance ‘Youthpass’, which will reinforce significantly their CVs and offer them interesting ‘taking point’ in a future job interview.
